The Church of Notre Dame relocated services for almost a year as we tackled restoring and renovating this original church. (Dedicated in 1872)
Renovations required the entire floor and portions of the church’s interior to be removed. Rhom Construction rebuilt the church’s interior to specifications from ground to ceiling as the original crawl space under the church was dug out and transformed into an 8’ basement to house the new furnace/HVAC, other systems and some storage space.
Installation of steel floor joist, new choir loft, sanctuary, custom woodwork, fresh paint and hand stenciling throughout will support the congregation and building for generations to come.

The Oxbow, former Green Tree Inn, was one of the most creative renovations we have completed. The Green Tree Inn was in need of major renovations. Rhom Construction worked with the architects and design team to bring their vision to life.
The budgeting and designing process started in 2014 with construction being completed in October 2016. During this time the building was almost completely gutted, a fire sprinkler system was added to the Hotel building; the Plumbing, HVAC and Electrical systems in both buildings were completely removed and replaced. The flooring, ceilings and most of the interior walls were removed and replaced with updated finishes.
Since opening in late 2016 this project has been mentioned in many local and national publications as one of the best new Hotels and Restaurants.
It also has been named a top destination for 2017 in the Minneapolis Star Tribune and took home three top honors for Best New Renovation, Best Business and Best New Business in the 9th Annual Downtown Eau Claire Awards.

This complete remodel required this portion of the building to be demolished on the interior, and rebuilt to meet the needs of the Eau Claire location of the US Post Office.
Rhom Construction LLC rebuilt the area to specifications from floor to ceiling, including the relocation of the PO boxes, installing the exterior lift and flagpole.

Rhom Construction LLC remodeled the Toppers Pizza location in the Eastridge Center in Eau Claire, WI in 2011.
In the summer of 2013, Toppers Pizza planned to remodel their West location, with Bowlwinkles Bowling Alley, and called Rhom Construction LLC to complete this project as well.
This was a complete remodel that required the location to be completely shut down, gutted, and built again.
Much of the space was dramatically opened up - ceilings were raised, walls were brought down to allow more light flow. Original wood floors were restored, brick walls were exposed and cleaned, and the historic structure was strengthened. Highly efficient heating and cooling systems were installed, as well as smart lighting and LEED-inspired attributes.
